No, the rest of us are not doomed to hell. When Jesus died and rose again He opened salvation to all. That's why He did it. God always wanted to save the whole world. Jesus came for the whole world. Not just Israel. Israel was chosen to be the vehicle to work out God's plan. Politics killed Jesus. Jewish politics. But so what. It was supposed to be that way. If Jesus had not died and rose again we could not be saved.
