Buddy,re:"Act...Irony". Bush can invoke 'marshall law', and be automatically re-elected until "the WAR" is over. Kind of like Saddam, 99.9% votes 'under the ACT'. A lot of 'prior-allies' we bought and paid for worked like that, like: the Macors of Phillipine, the Chiang of Taiwan', the 'Nyuang'(sp?) of Vietnam, ... We made a lot of rich officials out of them, paid by the rich US citizens.
