Okay, I'll take up the arguement on the O and G statement.

The market for NG or Oil is international. NG futures are not limited to the USA at 6.00 per...that is the same in Germany or anywhere else that the contract is traded. Thus what Sergio and I are trying to get across is that a short supply here equates to higher prices on the futures price (traded internationaly) thus reserves are precieved to be higher internationaly. Gold works the same way...there is not a gold market here and one in Uganda...(well maybe black market) <GGGGGGGGGGGGG>
