count me in, I want to be lied to, I want to be told that I will be OK, always able to trade this for that and then reverse trade again, always making money that is not in the mean time depreciated to wealth h*ll.

And, when I am ready, unload my real estate at an enormous gain, and buy a new place at an outrageous bargain.
