BubbaFred, The Cockburn article is pretty discouraging for anyone who would like to think that Iraq will be soon back to being a functioning society. Somedays I believe the chaos that we'ver created is completely intentional, and that the financial devastation of the Iraqi populace is one of the key goals of our occupation. ********* On a slightly different note, Chalmers Johnson is one of my favorite authors.
