I believe you are incorrect in characterizing Mises as the "father of supply-side economics" as the core of what he wrote on business cycles is largely at adds with supply-side economics.

Maybe you'd like to explain to the rest of the class the basic difference between Mises's free market ideas and the underlying principles of "supply side"?

Yes, that blurb does mention Mises influencing Friedman, but I'm not sure it is very truthful.

You can find any number of quotes from Friedman himself where he talks about the importance of Mises's free market ideas influencing his own thinking.
