I chuckled over that one and finally got the sales person to chuckle enough with me to throw another option in and sell us the car at invoice price.

Sounds like you did fine. They are so used to everybody knowing "invoice" now that the factory "invoices" with plenty of room for a Dealer rebate. Of course, you have to deal with the fact that you are buying in NJ. The rest of the country believes that everything there is run by the Sopranos.

HBO is now trying to convince me that Baltimore is the most corrupt city in the country. The new shows that started this season for "The Wire" have been just outstanding. The depth and complexity of the writing are beyond anything being done by anyone else, IMO. It is better than any Movie I have seen recently. And so far, they have not stooped to the porn level of the Sopranos. The "sex scene" on the show Sunday cut away with the actor's clothes still on.

John,I have you down as a Honda Accord or Toyota Camry kind of guy...am I close? ;-)

Its always interesting to me to look at what automobiles are driven by various faculty at the local community college.

Sociology....Accords,Camry's...or decidedly small.(Club of Rome hangover)

Math and Engineering...General Motors products

Psychology...PT Cruisers or sports cars

Office secretaries and administrators ...the biggest SUV's in the parking lot.
