CALGARY, June 17 /CNW/ - The report by Brooksbank Management Services Inc. on the above subject is now nearing completion to the stage where board review is warranted. Consequently Flag's board plans to meet during the month of July 2003 to review and discuss the material provided. The report will contain a comprehensive review of all of Flag's holdings and the work that has been done on them over the past 20 - 25 years. This has involved a considerable effort of compilation, sorting of data, listing and filing. The report will provide board level assessments of prospectivity, as well as recommendations regarding land holdings and guidelines for future exploration strategy. It will also take a broader look at Flag's resources and organization in the light of the requirements for a junior mining company to thrive in today's competitive market place.
