That seems to be a lot of analysis, interpretations, and caveats that the practitioners of Friedman's flawed expediency never bothered with, and thus the fundamental flaw with theories in general, and Friedman's theories in particular. The theories are so very fragile when crashing against the realities of the market place. I believe we will see them fail spectacularly in our lifetime.
