The Africans WOULD solve their own problems-FAMINE, created by the fact that Canadians (i.e., bugs and germs) eat a large % of their crops. They would solve this problem the way the ENTIRE Western Hemisphere has solved it-with bio-improved seeds, yielding Canadian-proof plants. The ignorant, Luddite GREENS in France and Germany, and their pointy-headed henchmen, who are in charge of those now-PRIMITIVE countries, threaten to end TRADE with any African country that uses these agricultural miracles. The Nazis would have been APPALLED at the barbarian brutality and contempt for humanity displayed by contemporary France and Germany. They would also be APPALLED by any pin-head who suggests that's all right, because "there's ALWAYS been starvation in Africa". And THESE are the missing-chromosome Europeans that our domestic left claims we should be "allies" with. It's a good thing we have Bush in the White House. His administration has seen through the anti-humanitarian left, and is fighting for an Africa that can feed itself. William the Bastard would have let them starve...
