Barfing.com...Treasury Market Update
The market has collapsed a bit in here with the ten-year down three-eighth's of a point to yield 3.16%. Among the plausible "excuses" for the recent dip: (1) slow-to-develop fears that this morning's NY State Manufacturing Index might be a precursor for stronger economic data releases to come, and thus dissuade the Fed from trimming 50 basis points off their target for the fed funds rate at the next FOMC meeting on June 25; and (2) a relative value argument favoring stocks over bonds at current levels. LOL!!!

ya think? -careful about the timing, it is normal to see a pull back from here into 2:20 or so on an up day. The shallower the pullback, the stronger the close...we'll see

Are you shorting more here?
