WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Investor Jerry Zucker increased his stake in Ballantyne of Omaha Inc. (BTNE) to 6.75%, according to an amended Schedule 13D filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Zucker beneficially owns 851,000 common shares. He purchased 130,900 shares in the open market from May 13 to Thursday for $1.15 to $1.20 a share.
