LUME is an Israel based medical devices manufacturing company. Real products and real markets. Unfortunately, they have some "accounting issues" - if you know what I mean! I understand that the officers were unethical and a bunch of thieves. SEC is investigating their accounting. In addition to all these, they have a large chink of debt. All this is why the stock is around 2.0 than 20. My take is that all bad news is out and the company has taken several steps to get their act together. I was in and out of this stock with in the 5.x. Since then I had this in the back burner. I wanted to buy it last month at around 1.65 based on technicals and insider buying. Missed it then as I was not paying attention. Just last week I noticed that it broke out. This time, I didn't wait. I took a big position this morning - again purely based on technicals. It is possible that the stock could be at 30 two years from now. Or, it is also remotely possible that the co. will be folded. Since insiders are buying in big time, I am thinking that the worst may be over. If the stock goes over 4, I am out.
