From your chart comparisons, it looks like it would be gunning for 1900+ from the B/O, before any reversal, and possibly as high as the '02 high.

What I wanted to ask you was (unrelated to the above observation), why do you view the October lows as the bottom end of the range while the ^N225 went roughly 40% below theirs in a meaningful way, beginning in '01 - are you thinking of a F/A deviation?
