NTLI, argghhhh, I had some at 9 and sold flat. Never jumped in again unfortunately. I always have a crop of small cap value plays, let's see what looks ripe....TMR in the oil and gas world, SATH if you are patient, MAXF should reach 12-15 this year (still my largest holding but I cut way back to diversify), SCRA is a terrific value thanks to their OEH holdings, VDM and FMT were terrific under 10 and still not bad at 14-16, ditto TNP and TLK is another good international play.
