buylow_sellhigh, I agree that it'll be a little while before the merger takes place. NEOM says that they're still in the due dilligence phase of things... but they're also releasing some of Loch's press releases, which to me is a good sign.

A list of questions was recently sent to the company about such things as the merger, current clients, share structure, etc. -- I'll post the answers here if/when I hear anything.
