delbie, it has nothing to do with right or wrong. but you seem to think wind generation can sub for guaranteed 24/7 power. And that is false. Suggesting that PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH administration does not fully support deploying wind power as a conservation measure is wrong. But conservation is not 24/7 guaranteed power. you are so technically inept you don't know and don't understand. So you make up lies. Solar cells are the same. And fuel cells based on hydrogen deployed on a massive industrial scale may destroy a good part of the ozone layer.
