Thanks Rick. I'm leaning toward a new system as my kids inform me that we're slower than their pals with "Dells". Local small time box assembler put this unit together for me at very reasonable cost. This is oldest(Jan 99) of three units I've gotten from him(for various purposes). No complaints at all until this one started showing its age. I,m sure he'll take care of me on this too..problem is he is in such demand that it takes a few days of phone tag to track him down. Thought maybe someone had a quick fix.
