RE:I saw the things that weren't being done. And the longer I sat and watched, the more concerned I became, until I got up and walked out.

So why didn't he stay and try to fix things? No courage of his convictions, I guess.

Beers is THE whistleblower who exposes Bushie neocons as not only liars but failures and reckless bumblers. Beers signed on as Kerry's national security advisor and he picked Kerry because JK is the man who can win.

See boston.com for the full length John Kerry story, starting last Sunday with a chapter every day. His youth, his war story, his return home, etc. Powerful-powerful stuff and totally rebukes what the right-wing is trying to portray him as. Does however say that he has felt destined to be president since college days. Maybe that feeling of personal destiny is needed to climb the great mountain to the White House. In Bush's case, his daddy's friends did a lot of the climbing for him.
