CapEx spending will increase at some pt to gain the technology, profits are not necessarily needed.

I have customers that are currently not making money but need the technology to compete. So, if technology can help them be profitable they will find away to buy it.

What is happening now is vendor financing to get the deal done. Since I work for a Japanese company we are borrowing money at a great rate.

We have incorperated into our software the capability to shut the system down if we do not get payment. We also hold the UCC1 (US) until the system is paid for. We have had to take back one machine in the last two years and actually made 20% more by reselling it again to a healthy customer... <BG>

On a SARS note, it is actually hurting my parent company. We have customers in China and Tiawan that want to buy equipment but we cannot install it... <NG>
