Saddam was obviously no imminent threat at all to us.
Therein lies the biggest Bush lie of them all. Even if all the Bushies believed Saddam was a threat, they had no evidence to back it up but out-dated and iffy materials, some of which turned out to be fraudulent and debunked. But they used the false evidence anyway. If a prosecutor tried that he'd be fired.
