Point well taken Nadine. That is why Mubarek is working so hard at it--not that peace with Israel will be initially popular among his people but that it still can occur in a timeframe when he/they can control the unrest in their countries. As things get better in Palestine proper(glass half full), fundamentalists will start to lose support on this issue. Bottom line, if it is going to happen, better happen soon, because time is not on their(arab leaders) side. mike
