I don't have any inkling of how many dollars this will add to AMAT. but flat panel is approaching commodity status with huge volumes around the corner. If anyone knows another equipment company that will benefit, I'm interested. I own it... UTEK just booked large order for steppers to put gold solder bumps on these. biz.yahoo.com It has been a big winner for me. :)
