NC, I will use my self as an example of why the recession is in the rear view mirror. eg. Am cashing out of some gains(actually reduced losses) and redoing my kitchen or should i say letting my wife have some fun. We had put that project on hold after looking at the asset deflation that had taken place in our portfolio over the past couple of years. But after being up nearly 20% in the market during this rally with half my cash in cash, and having my home appreciate 60-70% since i moved in three years ago, I am feeling a little better on that front. Of course we are always all one terror attack away from a significant fall. mike
