Bush lied when he told was Iraq was an imminent threat. Okay, let's assume Bush didn't know it was a lie. In that case he's just reckless, had bad intel, did not demand more evidence himself and believed what he was told by the deceptive super-hawks whispering in his ear. So he's either a liar or a duped fool. Take your pick.
