The partial birth issue is a very minor one, but the right uses it for DISGUST effect. Of course no one "approves" of a late term abortion. And they are very-very rare. But the right-wing wanting to outlaw them even if the mother's life is in danger is a huge slap on the face to women everywhere. As if their lives dont matter and the government has the right to force the killing of the mother just to avoid an abortion. Outrageous.
