Mike,

You have to admit thats pretty funny coming from an organization claiming to give Estrada a 'fair' hearing. Wasn't there some press just this week from the Senate Dems on compromise? Hardly seems likely with this kind of DNC nonsense.

However, I seem to remember some RNC types raging against Clinton nominees. And yes I know the partisan bickering started with the Bork nomination - but it has to get more civilized somewhere, sometime.
