Of cource but not to close the deficit. To democrats and RINOs, raising taxes a buck gives them the green light to increase spending a buck twenty. Also increasing taxes takes money out of the hands of private citizens who, as Bill Clinton once said, would most likely spend it the "wrong way". Not to mention, making people poorer makes them more dependent on government hand outs.

So increasing taxes, to democrats, is a win win win situation.

Kenneth expects a democrat to get in and raise taxes like they always do...
