I'm still convinced that once the investigations are complete it will reveal one of the trailers to be for the production of nitrogen gas instead of helium, or at least that it was last used for nitrogen gas. There is no reason why they couldn't clean it out enough to switch which gas is being produced and just collect in different cylinders.
