I have heard Graham is at least as popular as Jeb in Florida. That means if Kerry picks him, he'll erase the Jebster advantage down there. Graham also has a political machine down there to tap into. Yes, the Jebsters will try and cheat if they can, but the out of court settlement with the NAACP will restrict them.
