You think I'm wrong....I think you're wrong and when push comes to shove and same sex marriages become a real issue society will back me up. The quiet majority will not approve of the extension of benefits toward sham marriages as a good societal move in the face of a budget crisis. Marriage is founded in religion and NO WAY will we allow it to be trampled on like so many other foundations have. To even speak of religion in the PC society.

We lost our faith and prayed to the TV - we should have known better - The Police

in·sane
Pronunciation: (")in-'sAn
Function: adjective
Etymology: Latin insanus, from in- + sanus sane
Date: circa 1550
1 : mentally disordered : exhibiting insanity
2 : used by, typical of, or intended for insane persons <an insane asylum>
3 : ABSURD <an insane scheme for making money>

Definition 2 does not specify that the adjective "insane" applies ONLY to insane persons. Therefore the sane are insane; ie., everyone is insane.

Come on, you can do better than this. You knew that argument wouldn't stand when you wrote it.
