Good heavens, Mike, Bush is a centrist!!! In historical context, no less!! They don't come any further right, at least at the presidential level, than this guy. More so than Reagan. On fiscal policy, on the relation between church and state, on using the state to police morals, on the militarization of foreign policy, on judicial selections, on affirmative action, the list goes on and on and on.
