I think we at least need a material down day followed by a confirming down day in order to prove to me that this current trend is a changlin.

Hard to imagine that kind of trading action unless we at least get one huge spike in the markets.(bigger than the one yesterday)

Without that scenario developing we will see lots of dip buyers rest of the month...portfolio managing. Earliest timeframe I would consider we get follow through after a down day would probably be start of July or as early as end of next week.

btw--why are these boards so quiet on SI lately, especially today? Is everyone just very confused by this market?

That's one way...another is just to roll over and die slowly. Whatever. Don't know; don't care; result will be the same imo.
