Look, idiot.....my first comments were that no prudent scientist would make bioweapons in a canvas sided truck simply because of safety reasons....one wants to keeps the bios sealed from escaping and infecting the workers and the environment. What would be manufactured in a open side truck would be an explosive gas which hydrogen is. Open sides are used to prevent explosive concentrations from building up due to leaks or accident. A simple spark and in some cases, eg silane, exposure to air will call an explosion. I have concerns about the safety of hydrogen cars, but I'm assuming for the moment that those issues have been addressed and solved.
