"I can't find any small cap medical device company acquisitions set at prices relative to multiples of 2.5x book value over the last 3 months. If you would like to prove your argument..."

That's because there have not been any amigo. LOL

Most small cap (micro cap) med device companies have stock prices way over their tangible assets, thus book values at less than 2.00 (general statement)

The PSFT/ORCL example was to merely point out the 2.5x book formula not to be compared to a small company like IFLO.

To prove my arguement...over the course of my life I've bought and sold two companies (working on the third) The ribbon biz must go! <GGGGGG> I bought both at 2.5 times the estimated value of equipment and customer lists (based on past sales, not future). Both companies were sold under the same formula having built them up from where I bought them thru equipment upgrade and expansion of customer base. Now, IF IFLO can project, say 5 to 10 years into the future where they are going to be then......

2 years ago RDRT was the same rumored take over target based on where they were going to be in 5 years...EMC was the favorite "rumored" suitor.......RDRT filed chapter 7 today having come all the way down from 12.00 per share on the rumor. It's now .13 cents. RDRT's book value at the time was about .45

I rest my case counselor <GGGGGGGGGGGGG>

Ken

Sergio:

Your CLGY may move some today after the news on Tostrelle Gel.<g>

biz.yahoo.com

The stock needs to close above its Jan. H of 5.60 and then its larger resistance from April 2002 at the 7 level.

siliconinvestor.com

As you may recall, April 26 2002 was the day of the big down-gap.(From 6.60 to 2.55)
