I see you referred to the fed funds, I mistakenly looked at the July ED (99.05). Yes, I might think Bonds could rise again but perhaps we experience a steepening of the curve in between.
Btw the 10y treasury is a bit in the green and if your theory is right then it is for the 30y only a matter of finding support.

I'm a bit pessimistic about the EUR in short term - it pierced an important support at 1.1630. Technical trades begin to adjust their positions and that could provide more fuel for a drift.
