KT, Sure would enjoy sitting in on one of your dog'n pony shows :-)

I'm in a limited partnership of PA nat gas wells and it's a great tax write off and leading indicator for the public NG LPs, e.g.

Monthly Trusts:
finance.yahoo.com^xng+pvx+ncn+sjt+hgt+pbt+crt+mtr+lrt&d=t

Quarterly Trusts:
finance.yahoo.com

Also, I note that they're injecting NG like a bat outta hell: tonto.eia.doe.gov

My GP told us that it got so cold last winter they actually had wells freeze and stop producing which may account for some of the lag in injections, but, note the slope and the cooler summer with most news talking about all the rain and they'll have no problem injecting to the top of the range for winter. NG futures are also dropping. When I hear that twit AG babbling about NG to Congress and the Wall Street weenies screaming we could see $10 NG I can't help but hear the bell ringing at the top of the market. Not to mention that cogeneration plants can easily switch to coal. The monthly distribution on our NG LP is starting to decline and combined with the increased NG inventory I'd say the dividend on these public LPs will also start dropping and so will their share price led by the ones that have a notable oil sales component. It's been a great ride from last summer but I'd predict they're going to trade down to the bottom of the range and so I've sold all ours. I expect to buy them back this fall, we'll see then.

I'm having a very hard time coming up with any good investment ideas. Expect to have sold all stocks within the next few weeks and then cash until at least Thanksgiving. Am I crazy to entertain emerging market bond funds???
