THe star gazer on CNBC told to sell out June 23 now he changed his position sell 1/2 and another half first week of July. Sees the whole rally as a wave "B" out of an A-B-C formation.(B started in Oct. 2002) Also mentioned the housing market which will start to crack slowly over 2 years. Indicated that FNM trouble arise from that. It makes sense as many "boomers" are starting to retire or their children are leaving their homes ....... so there will start to be houses on the market as Gen X does not have the means to buy yet. All seems connected to boomers generation
