One should expect that we will see a pull back in the intermediate future. Whether it will be a sell on news during earnings or something else causing temporary weakness before the July reports is anyone's guess. The asterisk is that we are seeing improvements in the economy. Have we priced in too quick a recovery? Has the doom and gloom lasted too long, to the point where many are skeptical of a recovery and think that any rebound in the market is overblown? If all the analysts and heavyweights are all bullish at the same time, should we be contrarian or listen to what they are saying?

Lots of questions that we won't know the answer to until mid-July. I have seen little to change my current stance which is to maintain the bullish bias on the SOX going forward.
