Thanks Joe... I found this after you guided me on the right path... BLTI number of shares outstanding of the registrant"s common stock, $0.001 par value, as of April 30, 2003: 20,953,169. Does this mean that with an added 2.5 mil that total is 23,400,000@.001???? With the sale of the extra common that adds approx. 30 mil to the treasury and raises the par value? Being an added 10% of stock issue should then drop the value per share by .90 of what it was before the release,,, eh?
