Face it boys...Gore didn't know what the heck he was sayin'. And then he started liking the laughs he got when he said it so he started saying it all the time even though he had no clue why he got so many laughs. I still remember watching the Alfred E. Smith Memorial Foundation dinner. That was so funny...Gore came out and made jokes about Gore...and then Bush came out and made jokes about Gore. ROFL! What a buffoon Gore was!
