It's actually item number 4 on my to-do list, and if I don't have an answer ready by at least two weeks before the deadline, I'll extend the deadline specifically for those folks affected. Number 3 on the list is to expire the 6-month subscriptions that should've expired by now. There are a LOT of them. And I think many of them are still active. I'll also see to it that those folks get a PM at least a week before their accounts finally get expired.
