You are quite wrong. General improvement in the economy tends to help everyone. Anyway, what policies do you think Clinton pursued? Beyond minor tinkering, he largely continued Republican policies, including supporting NAFTA and the last round of GATT, both of which were opposed by majorities of his own party in Congress, but passed with Republican votes. He continued a relatively low tax, low regulation environment, with few new spending initiatives......

I have seen you make quite a few failed predictions over the years in both politics and stocks... You listen to your heart and forget your head. If Bush loses the presidency as you imply I will buy you a steak.
