You might do Jim wicklund a service and inform him of an error in his report.
On the third page (labeled page 2)is a chart showing the relation ship between OSX and the five year storage differential. On it is the following explanation:

"As the storage differential to
five-year average decreases,
the OSX appreciates, and the
reverse generally holds true
as well."

I believe they have it backwards because as the storage differential decreases (i.e., gets closer to zero on the chart) it is quite apparent that OSX DECLINES, not rises.
This, of course, makes perfectly good sense, too.
