A glimpse is not all glimpses, it is, in fact, by definition incomplete. Obviously you did not know that, but I could not know you did not know that, and it is rather silly of you to argue over a word that actually makes what I wrote in agreement with you. glimpse ( P ) Pronunciation Key (glmps) n. A brief, incomplete view or look. Archaic. A brief flash of light. Semantics are what caused you to totally misunderstand what I said. Semantics made you see disagreement where there was none. Semantics probably start fights and wars. I never overlook the importance of semantics. I realize other people do, but I also observe it causes problems. You are correct that I simply forgot who you were, and forgot to put you on ignore. Silly me. It's hard to keep track of important stuff like that. That was a small mistake, easily corrected though.
