i have found this one to be very thinly traded as well, with any decent size moves the bid/ask dramatically.

Since NRGN is expected to be thrown out of Russell 2000 on June 30, you may expect some violent trading at the close. Last year probably 90% of "evictees" were down, and the lower the average trading volume the worse they fared. If I wanted to load I would wait till 6/30 and then put in some ridiculously low ball limit order, or maybe even wait a few more days for the shakeout to settle.
