HI Jeff,

IMHO

The big guys are not there every day.They are not members of the community.The employ managers who - do to the customer base, games that the owner would never personally do.

Small independent dealers are where I would buy everytime - if I didn't own a dealership myself.GG

BBB is a good quick way to go.

Have you called the factory and asked to speak with a rep?

It is a good way to get to the top management.
