buying homes in a "trendy" neighborhood has more correlation with good jobs (ie low unemployment) and good education (these locations still have some quality control in the public school system. So, these "trendy " neighborhoods offer a viable means of educating your children without paying for private school).

Seems that the trend is changing (based on candlesticks) even that many are only now rushing into the market.

Wonder what will be next week ....... every one expect it to be up
