Don't forget KEY.UN was open for a few weeks and then shot up to over 11.Same with MEW.UN,was on sale forever.
I took a small portion as others are just as good or even better.
Two come to mind,AP.UN and CWT.UN both yielding over 11% and doing better then they originally thought.

I did the same thing they are pretty good properties and the managment seems good so it should work out ok in my opinion.
