Good info... but it excludes certain "off budget" items that are debt obligations of the US Government... such as the (now over $1 Trillion) S&L 'bailout', which are spread out over many years.

Neocon, Surely you are not blaming the 92 deficit of over 4% of GDP on Democrats when Republicans had controlled the Presidency and at least one house of Congress for 12 consecutive years.
